(“northern tiger” or the “company”) (ntr: tsx-v) is pleased to announce that assays have been received for an additional twelve diamond drill holes from the 3ace property in the southeast yukon. assays have now been reported for 20 of the 29 holes completed to depth in the 2011 drill campaign. assays are pending for five additional main zone holes and for two scout holes at each of the north zone and the road showing prospects. key results from the twelve holes being reported include: 3a-11-18 — 1.25 g/t gold over 30.5 metres, including 3.11 g/t gold over 6.8 metres 3a-11-28 — 1.15 g/t over 23.0 metres, including 6.45 g/t over 1.0 metre 3a-11-32 — 3.15 g/t over 27.9 metres, including 45.22 g/t over 1.3 metres “drilling continues to demonstrate the continuity of the main zone,” says greg hayes, president of northern tiger. “we have also observed visible gold in six of the seventeen main zone holes reported so far this year – an encouraging indicator of the strength of the mineralizing system at 3ace.” main zone holes 3a-11-18, 28 and 32 are step-back holes, and all three holes intercepted significant gold mineralization and continue to demonstrate the down-dip continuity of the main zone. hole 3a-11-20a is an in-fill hole that also intersected the mineralized zone. hole 3a-11-21 was drilled roughly parallel to the strike of the mineralized structure, primarily to obtain additional information on the geometry of the main zone stratigraphy. hole 3a-11-24a, a 50 metre step out to the south of hole 3a-10-02, did not intercept any significant mineralization, and the main zone is interpreted to be either off-set or terminated by a fault at this location. the main zone continues to be open along strike to the north and down-dip. six scout holes from three separate set-ups tested a small portion of the green zone west geochemical anomaly. all six holes intercepted narrow zones of relatively low-grade gold mineralization. the green zone west mineralization intercepted in these initial drill holes does not adequately explain the scale and tenor of the soil anomaly and further drill testing is warranted. maps showing drill hole locations and intercepts will be posted on the company’s website at www.northern-tiger.com. significant intercepts include: > hole # dip azimuth zone interval (m) width (m) gold (g/t) 3a-11-18 -60o 270o main 97.8 — 99.0 1.2 7.50 108.0 — 109.6 1.6 3.64 145.0 — 175.5 30.5 1.25 including 168.7 — 175.5 6.8 3.11 279.0 — 281.0 2.0 1.87 3a-11-20a -60o 270o main 99.0 — 115.3 16.3 0.52 136.2 — 138.0 1.8 0.65 3a-11-21 -60o 190o main 70.0 — 72.0 2.0 0.58 92.7 — 94.7 2.0 1.09 119.2 — 125.0 5.8 0.68 182.5 — 183.5 1.0 0.68 3a-11-24a -65o 270o main no significant intercepts 3a-11-28 -60o 270o main 48.4 — 50.5 2.1 0.59 89.0 — 112.0 23.0 1.15 including 101.0 — 102.0 1.0 6.45 including 107.4 — 108.5 1.0 4.87 130.0 — 132.0 2.0 2.16 147.3 — 149.0 1.7 2.70 222.0 — 226.9 4.9 0.78 3a-11-32 -60o 270o main 87.1 — 115.0 27.9 3.15 including 100.1 — 101.4 1.3 45.22 including 110.0 — 111.0 1.0 12.76 123.0 — 128.4 5.4 0.57 189.0 — 191.5 2.5 0.63 238.0 — 239.0 1.0 2.05 3a-11-22 -60o 245o green 48.6 — 50.6 2.0 0.72 3a-11-23 -75o 245o green 155.2 — 157.9 2.7 3.00 3a-11-25 -85o 245o green 147.2 — 150.0 2.8 0.83 3a-11-26 -60o 160o green 13.5 — 15.0 1.5 0.81 3a-11-27 -75o 160o green 296.2 — 301.3 5.1 0.62 3a-11-30 -75o 160o green 97.0 — 98.3 1.3 0.64 360.0 — 361.0 1.0 0.61 notes: holes 3a-11-20 and 3a-11-24 were lost due to difficult ground condition. the holes were steepened and re-drilled as 3a-11-20a and 3a-11-24a. hole 3a-11-29 was lost due to difficult ground conditions and was not re-drilled. reported intersections are drilled thicknesses, as true widths have not yet been determined. this news release has been reviewed and approved by dennis ouellette, b.sc., p.geol., a qualified person as defined by ni 43-101. all rock and drill core samples were analyzed by inspectorate america corporation of richmond, british columbia using 50 gram fire assay and 50-element, 4-acid icp analysis. soil and silt samples were also analyzed by inspectorate, using 30-gram fire assay analysis. when visible gold is noted in drill core samples or regular fire assay values appear abnormally high, the pulp and metallic screen assay method is used to determine the total gold content and gold contents of different size fractions. this is considered industry best practice when dealing with coarse gold mineralization where a nugget effect is suspected. this determination is accepted as the most representative value and is used in the assay database. northern tiger resources inc. (ntr: tsx-v) is a canadian-based resource exploration company focused on gold and copper exploration in the yukon. the company has a portfolio of gold and copper focused projects in the yukon, including 3ace (high-grade gold discovery made in 2010), sprogge, sonora gulch and five properties prospective for minto-style high-grade copper mineralization. through its exploration alliance with capstone mining corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary, minto explorations ltd., northern tiger benefits from a wide range of experience, knowledge and capabilities from early exploration to mine production. from dime property east anomalay posted by admin in drill results, news releases on december 20, 2011 stina resources ltd. has released results from three additional holes drilled on the east anomaly on its 100-per-cent-owned dime property located 67 kilometres southwest of dawson city in the south klondike/white gold district. ddh-11-09, ddh-11-11 and ddh-11-12 were drilled off the same pad located on trench 15, which returned a five-metre section of 1.049 grams per tonne gold from surface sampling. the holes were collared approximately 30 metres back of the anomalous trench sample. the east anomaly is 2.5 kilometres east of the west anomaly, and was located using auger soil sampling and trenching. drill and assay results indicate a northwest-southeast-trending zone of gold mineralization. as with the west anomaly, mineralization is associated with silicified zones and with quartz sulphide veins in a cupola zone at the top of a mafic-poor intrusion. mineral zones contain elevated pyrite-arsenopyrite mineralization. drill result highlights are listed in the attached table. from to interval au (m) (m) (m) g/t ddh-11-09 76.80 78.30 1.50 0.870 128.60 130.10 1.50 1.959 this news release. results for additional holes will be released shortly after the data are compiled. stina resources, white gold area play, white gold district no comments kaminak expands near-surface gold zones at kona; new results include: 5.2 g/t au over 10.7m, 2.3 g/t au over 12.8m, 2.5 g/t au over 16.7m and 4.5 g/t au over 9.1m posted by admin in drill results, news releases on november 30, 2011 kaminak gold corp. has released results from reverse circulation (rc) drilling (46 holes) and diamond drilling (six holes) from the kona zone, located on the company’s 150,000-acre coffee gold property, yukon territory. kona represents an early-stage prospect that occurs 5km west of the latte-supremo gold zones. the 2011 drilling at kona focused on evaluating a 400m long portion of the greater than 3000m gold-in-soil trend. gold was intersected across the entire 400m portion of the soil anomaly, including a near-surface high-grade plunging zone. kona drill results cfr-56 - 5.2 g/t au over 11m (from 66m) cfr-59 - 1.4 g/t au over 11m (from 17m) cfr-60 - 4.5 g/t au over 9m (from 40m) cfr-61 - 2.1 g/t au over 20m (from 66m) cfr-63 - 2.3 g/t au over 13m (from 4m) cfr-64 - 1.3 g/t au over 23m (from 30m) cfr-67 - 1.7 g/t au over 17m (from 29m) cfr-74 - 2.5 g/t au over 17m (from 140m) summary -- kona drilling defines near-surface gold mineralization over 400m strike, co-incident with an extensive gold-in-soil anomaly. the mineralized zone remains open in all directions. results include 5.2 grams per tonne gold (g/t au) over 11m (from 66m) and 2.5 g/t au over 17m (from 140m). -- reconnaissance drilling identifies new bedrock gold zone at kona north, including 2.0 g/t au over 14m (from 51m) and 1.0 g/t over 26m (from 53m). a significant portion of the extensive gold-in-soil anomaly remains untested. -- mineralized zones occur as plunging high-grade lodes hosted within steeply-dipping fault zones. mineralogy and geochemistry suggest a link with the latte-supremo gold zones located greater than 5km to the east. -- granite-hosted gold targets such as kona, espresso and americano remain largely untested despite extensive gold-in-soil trends. width and grade of near-surface kona gold zones is consistent with coffee-style mineralized trends discovered elsewhere on the property. drill results the principal objective of the 2011 kona drilling program was to follow-up on the initial drill discovery made in 2010 comprising intercepts of 2.2g/t au over 57m and 1.9 g/t au over 23m in diamond core hole cfd-53 (see news release october 12, 2010). prior to commencement of drilling in 2011, a horizontal loop em survey was undertaken over the main kona gold-in-soil anomaly with results indicating an east-northeast trending bedrock structure coincident with the gold-in-soil trend. subsequently, the 2011 drill program was designed to step-out along strike to the east and west of the initial 2010 drill discovery on north-south oriented traverses. drilling successfully intersected steeply dipping east-northeast striking fracture/shear zones, which are co-incident with overlying gold-in-soil anomalies. gold mineralization was intersected on every drill section over a 400m strike length and to greater than 200m below surface. multiple close-spaced parallel mineralized structures are present over the majority of the kona zone tested to date. high-grade gold mineralization is interpreted as forming a near-surface high-grade plunging lode, which includes intercepts of up to 4.51g/t over 20m (cfd-53) and 5.16 g/t au over 10.67m (cfr-56). in addition, a previously un-drilled section of the kona north zone consisting of a +100ppb au north-south trending gold-in-soil zone over a total length of greater than 500m was tested by reconnaissance rc drilling resulting in the discovery of a new zone of bedrock gold mineralization. three east-west oriented sections were drilled over the southern portion of the gold-in-soil trend. two gold mineralized structures were intersected on section 3400n interpreted as steeply-west dipping zones. drill intercepts include 1.03g/t over 25.91m (cfr-95) and 2.03g/t over 13.71m (cfr-94). additional drilling is required along strike to north and south to confirm strike orientation. the host rock at kona and kona north comprises granite, which is strongly sericite and clay-altered adjacent to mineralized structures. gold mineralization is associated with disseminated pyrite and pyrite veinlets in fracture/shear zones. high gold grades correspond with sulfide-matrix fault breccias. shear zones are oxidized near surface containing abundant limonite after sulfide with oxidation locally persisting up to 100 meters depth. geological and geochemical similarities between kona and the latte-supremo-double double zones greater than 5km to the east suggest all zones are related to the same mineralizing event and, as a result, are potentially connected along trend. the latte structure is interpreted to intersect the northern section of the kona north zone. gold mineralization at kona and kona north commences at surface and remains open in all directions. additional follow-up drilling is planned to be undertaken in 2012. also, extensive gold-in-soil trends remain to be systematically tested at kona and at the adjacent espresso and americano zones. (tsxv: pex) (the “company”) reports that all assay results have now been received from the first diamond drill program on its mariposa gold project, in the yukon’s white gold district. the 2011 drill program was successful in making a new gold discovery in the white gold district. on the mariposa property, gold was intersected in a total of 20 drill holes: 18 in the skookum main and skookum west areas, and 2 in the maisy may area. broad areas of intensely fractured and hydrothermally altered rock, which appear related to deposition of the gold, were noted in both drill core and surface float samples. the results warrant additional drilling and trenching in 2012 to further define geometry and extent of gold bearing structures encountered and to follow-up on additional targets emerging from 2011 soil sampling. complete results from approximately 9,000 soil samples collected on the mariposa and eureka dome properties remain pending and will be reported when available. also of importance is the identification of a 15 kilometre-long brittle deformation zone, referred to as the mariposa fault, within which the presence of gold in bedrock has been confirmed from this year’s diamond drilling. in prolific gold mining camps, such corridors have the potential to host significant gold deposits. within the mariposa fault, which remains largely unexplored, additional targets have emerged from geophysical and geochemical coverage completed to date. a comprehensive exploration program, to include diamond drilling, is therefore planned in 2012 to continue to systematically evaluate this prospective corridor. highlights skookum main • 14 of 18 drill holes intersected gold mineralization within steeply dipping, brittle structures hosted by strongly sericite and quartz k-feldspar altered rock. • gold bearing structures within a broad area of altered rock are coincident with linear magnetic lows and elevated gold-in-soil results, which recently returned values up to 1.95 g/t. (grams per tonne). • visible gold was noted both in near surface intersections (hole 11mp-01) and at depth (hole 11mp-27), with elevated gold results associated with increased pyrite mineralization, as well as quartz and k-feldspar breccias. • drill results indicate gold potential to depth and along strike. preliminary soil results show gold anomalism to the east and north, where silt samples returned up to 323 ppb gold. drill results include the following selected intercepts: skookum west • soil sampling results identified an open-ended 1.5 kilometre-long trend defined by greater than 50 ppb gold, to a peak result of 514 ppb. additional soil results are pending. • detailed prospecting located gold in float samples, grading up to 19.9 g/t gold. • widely spaced drilling intersected narrow gold intercepts in 4 of 14 holes. strong alteration similar to that at skookum main was encountered in drill holes 11mp-10, -11, -32, -33, and -41. drill results include the following intercepts: exploration report the 2011 drill program was conducted in the western part of the property where gold-in-soil anomalies were detected in the mariposa grid area. five exploration targets were tested with 41 holes comprising 6,000 metres of drilling. the program was carried out within the following target areas: skookum main-18 holes (3,005 metres), skookum west-14 holes (1,671 metres), maisy may-4 holes (754 metres), gertie-3 holes (282 metres), and hackly gold-2 holes (299 metres). the results for each area are further discussed below, with drill hole assay composites included in the table appended to this report. the combined results of geophysical and geochemical surveys have identified broad areas of gold anomalism within the mariposa fault. this corridor, which contains skookum main and skookum west, is defined by a series of parallel and converging magnetic and topographic breaks interpreted as brittle fault structures. it spans a length of 15 kilometres within the property from the mariposa grid in the west toward the headwaters of alberta creek in the east. the interpreted structures defining the mariposa fault cut the prolific placer gold deposits mined in both scroggie and mariposa creeks, suggesting that gold mineralization within these bedrock structures may have contributed to the gold endowment of the placer deposits in the area. within the mariposa fault, results have identified anomalous gold values in both grid soil and rock sampling along the skookum jim trend, which includes skookum main and skookum west, as well as from recent soil sampling in the alberta creek area. skookum main the 2011 exploration program included diamond drilling, airborne and ground geophysical surveys, infill soil sampling within previously defined gold-in-soil anomalies, as well as soil sampling to further define open-ended extensions of the gold-in-soil anomaly. drilling tested an approximate 600 x 250 metre area of the 3.5 kilometre-long skookum jim gold-in-soil trend. a total of 3,005 metres were drilled in 18 holes. drill holes targeted 2010 trenching intercepts and combinations of gold-in-soil anomalies and geophysical targets interpreted to represent geological structures. the results of 10 drill holes were previously reported; the results of the remaining 8 drill holes are reported herein. 14 of the 18 holes drilled in this area were successful in identifying a broad gold bearing system closely coincident with a magnetic low response and strong gold-in-soil anomalism. the first drill hole, 11mp-01, intersected results of 2.44 g/t gold over a drilled interval of 38.9 metres, containing a section of 6.44 g/t gold over 11.1 metres. this hole was drilled under an interval in trench sj-2, which had returned 1.25 g/t gold over 30 metres. drill holes 11mp-05 and 11mp-06 also targeted anomalous gold values in trenches, and returned broad sections grading 1.13 g/t gold over 19.8 metres (11mp-05) and 0.63 g/t gold over 45.3 metres (11mp-06). drill holes cutting deeper in the area of this section (11mp-01, -08, and -27), beyond the extent of oxidation, intersected significant gold results associated with quartz k-feldspar breccias and pyrite, with individual samples up to 9.24 g/t gold. drill holes 11mp-01, -02, -05, and -06 intersected gold-bearing intervals hosted within a 75 metre wide (drilled section), steeply dipping corridor of strongly limonitic fractures overprinting quartz veining and breccias, as was encountered in trench sj-2. this brittle deformation cuts a diffuse contact zone between granodiorite and quartz-biotite gneiss, which have both been hydrothermally altered and cut by local pegmatite and quartz-feldspar pyritic veinlets. late andesite dykes overprinted by strong faulting and fracturing were intersected in the westernmost drill holes 11mp-22, -23, and -24. drill hole 11mp-24 encountered mineralization from surface, grading 1.09 g/t gold over 4.5 metres, suggesting that stronger mineralization may be located to the east where there are soil values of up to 620 ppb gold. sulphide content varies within the skookum main drill holes. pyrite occurs either as boxworks within limonitic fracture fillings or as grains within quartz veins or silicified sections. elevated pyrite of 3-5% was noted within intense quartz feldspar breccias encountered in the gold intercept at depth in hole 11mp-27. this style of mineralization was observed at surface in trench sj-2, and correlates with elevated gold values. the geometry of observed structures from both drill core and detailed geophysics suggests that a series of steeply dipping, northerly trending (nnw and/or nne) structures may be important loci for gold mineralization within the northeasterly trend defined by magnetic responses. the predominantly north-south oriented drill pattern of the 2011 program, while successful in encountering significant gold, may have only tested a limited area of these prospective trends. a compilation of exploration results currently in progress should further define the geometry of the gold bearing structures in preparation for drilling in 2012. skookum west within the 1.5 kilometre-long skookum west area, a total of 1,672 metres were drilled in 14 holes. the targets included a combination of geophysically defined lineaments, elevated gold-in-soil results, and numerous rock sample results (angular float) ranging in grade from 0.5 to 19.9 g/t gold. targets were tested by either single holes or the fanning of up to 3 holes from one set-up in order to obtain additional geological information. drilling tested an east-northeast trending magnetic low anomaly with 6 widely spaced holes over a 700 metre distance (11mp-10, -11, -31, -32, -33, and -41). eight holes (11mp-12, and 11mp-34 through 11mp 40), drilled from 4 additional sites, tested geophysical and topographic lineaments and gold values in float sample locations. the targets drilled in the skookum west area returned narrow intercepts in holes 11mp-10, -12, -32, -33, and -34. the best results to date, from 11mp-10 and 11mp-33, returned 1.19 g/t gold over 4.1 metres and 3.74 g/t gold over 1.2 metres, respectively. the intensity of alteration, fracturing, and veining is widely variable from strong, in drill holes 11mp-31, -32, and -41, to no alteration in drill holes 11mp-35, -36, -39, and -40. the latter drill holes were not sampled, as the rock encountered appeared barren and unfavorable for hosting gold mineralization. the drilling results obtained in the skookum west area have as yet to explain the significance of widespread gold anomalism contained in rocks and soils collected to date. in preparation for on-going drilling proposed in 2012, a program of trenching will be carried out in areas of gold-bearing float in order to expose bedrock sources for sampling and the definition of geological parameters to aid selection of drill hole locations. maisy may in the maisy may area, a total of 774 metres were drilled in 4 holes. the primary drill target was a multi-element gold, bismuth, copper, arsenic, and mercury soil anomaly coincident with potential ns and ne trending structures defined from airborne magnetic lineaments. previous prospecting located a 400 metre-long, northwest trending train of siliceous float material. selected samples of the float returned anomalous results of up to 1.08 g/t gold, with anomalous silver, copper, bismuth, antimony, and tellurium values. drill holes 11mp-13 and -14 did not intersect significant gold values. at depth, drill hole 11mp-16 intersected a section of silicified quartz sericite schist with 3-5% pyrite and chalcopyrite containing 0.72 g/t gold over 5.8 metres. this interval appeared similar to the mineralized float boulders sampled on surface. drill hole 11mp-15 was located further downslope to the northeast and tested anomalous gold-in-soil results coincident with a linear magnetic low. anomalous gold results of 0.54 g/t gold over 6.5 metres and 2.13 g/t gold over 2.5 metres were associated with sections of fractured and brecciated quartz veins, similar to those encountered at skookum main. given the strong geochemical anomalism of both rock and soil samples from this area, additional field reviews are warranted to determine the source of mineralization that has been detected in both float and drill core. gertie in the gertie area, a total of 282 metres were drilled in 3 holes. rock sampling of float in this area returned anomalous copper, arsenic, stibnite, and mercury values. holes 11mp-17 and -18 encountered poor ground conditions due to strong faulting, and were abandoned before reaching the target depth. drill hole 11mp-19 did not return significant results. hackly gold in the hackly gold area, a total of 299 metres were drilled in 2 holes. holes 11mp-20 and -21 were planned to test anomalous 2010 gold-in-soil results. no significant drill results were returned, however, further prospecting in this area is warranted, as contour soil results from 2011 geochemical sampling continue to yield anomalous gold results. plans for 2012 with the success resulting from work completed on the mariposa property to date, the company is planning a comprehensive exploration program in 2012. additional results from this year’s program remain to be compiled, however, an integrated program of continued geochemical and geophysical surveying is recommended to prioritize areas for detailed follow-up. existing targets can be further refined with detailed ground surveys, geological mapping, prospecting, and trenching. based on exploration results to date, diamond drilling will further explore the extent and geometry of gold bearing structures in the skookum main zone. within the skookum west area continued surface exploration will be carried out to further delineate drill targets. with complete results pending for the alberta creek area, it is anticipated that continuing surface exploration may identify potential drill targets. elsewhere in the white gold district, a compilation of existing and pending results from the goldcap, polar stewart, and eureka dome properties will determine plans for ongoing exploration in 2012. sampling methods, analytical procedures, and qa/qc protocols are as reported in the news exploration, white gold area play no comments central resources corp.: selwyn creek exploration results; rock samples return up to 14.15 g/t gold posted by admin in field work, news releases on november 23, 2011 central resources corp. has released results of the 2011 surface exploration program conducted at its lll property located in the dawson range gold belt of southwestern yukon. highlights from the program include: discovery of highly prospective rocks grading between 0.697 and 14.15 grams per tonne gold from quartz veined samples; expansion of a 2010 soil geochemical anomaly — resulting in a 1,200-by-1,000-metre area of coincident, strongly elevated gold and arsenic values; identification of three new moderately to strongly anomalous areas of gold and arsenic soil geochemistry. in 2011, prospecting at the lll property identified a breccia zone that lies on the western edge of a broad ridge. this zone appears to be oriented subparallel to a geological contact between quartzite and gneiss, in an area where a porphyry dike cuts both units. geologically favourable material typically ranges from weakly silicified fault breccia to strongly silicified hydrothermal crackle breccia. visual mineralization includes arsenopyrite, minor stibnite and alteration minerals — scorodite, limonite and jarosite. this breccia zone has never been drilled or trenched and contains no outcrops. limited sampling of mostly grass-covered talus returned encouraging values, including 0.697 g/t, 1.125 g/t and 14.15 g/t gold. “these results are very exciting because we have discovered significant gold mineralization in rock samples located within a large gold-arsenic soil anomaly,” said paul reynolds, president and chief executive officer of central. “these rock sample results range from anomalous to 14.15 g/t gold.” soil sampling expanded a zone of coincident, strongly anomalous gold and arsenic soil geochemistry, which encompasses the breccia zone and covers an area 1,200 metres long and 1,000 metres wide. values from 2011 sampling in this anomaly range from 20 to 502 parts per billion gold in soil and 100 to 810 parts per million arsenic in soil. antimony values within this zone were weak to strongly anomalous (five to 23 ppm). gold and arsenic soil geochemical maps are posted on the company’s website. three additional soil geochemical targets comprising clusters of moderately to strongly anomalous gold and arsenic values have been identified elsewhere on the property. values within these anomalies range from 20 to 391 ppb gold and 100 to 301 ppm arsenic. no follow-up prospecting has been done in the vicinity of these anomalies. the highest soil result on the property is an isolated gold value of 1,060 ppb. most of the lll property is underlain by brittle graphitic quartzite, hornblende-biotite granite gneiss and two whitehorse suite granitic plutons. quartz-feldspar porphyry dike swarms intrude all of these units. this geological setting resembles the setting at the nearby coffee property of kaminak gold corp. analytical work was done by als chemex with sample preparation in whitehorse, yukon, and assays and geochemical analyses in north vancouver, b.c. all rock samples were initially analyzed for gold by fire assay followed by atomic absorption and 35 other elements by inductively coupled plasma — atomic emission spectroscopy. overlimit values for gold were determined by fire assay and gravimetric finish. all soil samples were analyzed for gold by inductively coupled plasma and atomic emission spectrometry, and the multielement analysis was done by me-icp41. the 2011 program was conducted by archer, cathro & associates (1981) ltd. under the supervision of heather smith, pgeo. the technical information in this release has been reviewed by ms. smith, pgeo, and mr. reynolds, pgeo, president of central, both of whom are qualified persons as defined by national instrument 43-101. central stina resources ltd. has released results from ddh-11-06, on its 100-per-cent-owned dime property located 67 kilometres southwest of dawson city in the south klondike/white gold district. this hole was drilled from the same drill pad as ddh-10-03 and ddh-10-04 in 2010 on the west anomaly, but at a steeper angle. the drill hole confirmed the presence of a steeply south-dipping east-west-trending structure with strong silicification, brecciation and pyrite-arsenopyrite sulphide mineralization. ddh-11-06 was drilled at an azimuth of 20 degrees and an angle of minus 80 degrees dip. the hole was drilled to a 245-metre (804 feet) depth. assay results are encouraging and confirm that the structure, silicification and brecciation are hosts to gold-bearing pyrite-arsenopyrite mineralization. from connector mineralization, results include cfd-149: 1.5 g/t au over 17 m (from 139 m), 10.1 g/t au over two m (from 166 m) and cfd-152: 11.1 g/t au over four m (from 103 m) and 1.9 g/t au over eight m (from 153 m). latte structure extended an additional 200 m east along strike toward double double zone and now extends at least 1,550 m long and is open in every direction and at depth. assays for three additional deep holes at latte are pending. latte is one of several closely spaced gold prospects, which also includes the supremo zone (900 m north) and the double double zone (950 m east). geological similarities on all scales suggest these zones are related to the same mineralizing event and, as a result, are potentially connected along trend and at depth. drill results two thousand eleven drilling programs were conducted with the objective of extending mineralization along strike and to depth and proving continuity of mineralized structures. in previous news releases, the company announced the extension of the latte zone over 1,350 m strike length and to 275 metres depth below surface (sept. 14, 2011) and the discovery of the connector zone (nov. 16, 2010) which returned an initial intercept of 5.5 g/t over 11 m on a north-south trend along strike of the supremo zone. the drilling covered within this news release extends the east-west-trending latte mineralized structure to at least 1,550 m along strike and 450 m vertical below surface, and highlights the potential for further extensions to the west and eastward toward the double double zone (950 m east). a deep step-back hole at latte west, cfd-164, drilled to 542.5 m down hole depth, intersected a total of over 250 gram-metres (total grade by width) down hole to a maximum vertical depth below surface of 450 m indicating that the latte mineralized system persists strongly to depth. three additional holes to test the depth potential beneath latte west were drilled along strike of cfd-164 with results currently pending. in addition, the initial connector discovery is extended 100 m northward (from cfd-69: 5.5 g/t over 11 m from 133 m depth) thereby confirming the north-south orientation and further highlighting the potential to link this zone with supremo 900 m to the north along strike. significantly, a new parallel trending mineralized zone was intersected in drill holes cfd-149 (1.5 g/t over 17 m and 10.1 g/t over two m) and cfd-152 (11.1 g/t over four m), which suggests the potential for the connector system to host multiple stacked lenses of mineralization akin to the supremo zones t1 to t7. gold mineralization in all zones at coffee is hosted within brittle fractures and brecciated gneisses and schists accompanied by silica flooding and pyrite/limonite alteration. high-grade intervals are associated with polyphase breccia, microbreccia, quartz vein breccia, coarse sericite and high sulphide content. geological similarities between all zones and at all scales suggest these zones are related to the same mineralizing event and, as a result, are potentially connected along trend and at depth. latte/connector is one of several closely spaced gold prospects, which also includes the supremo zone (900 m north) and the double double zone (950 m east). the 2011 drilling has extended mineralization at latte west 400 m beyond the western limit of the gold-in-soil anomaly, and interpretation of geophysical data supported by gold-in-soil anomalies has reinforced the potential for linkages between the known gold zones. all zones are interpreted to come to surface and remain open along strike and at depth. drilling in 2012 will continue to test for strike and depth extensions and across strike for multiple stacked lenses of mineralization. all canadian creek property, yukon posted by admin in field work, news releases on november 15, 2011 castillian resources corp. has released the results of its 2011 exploration program at its canadian creek property. the property consists of 320 claims covering approximately 6,180 hectares located 160 kilometres south of dawson, approximately 50 kilometres southeast of kinross gold corp.’s white gold discovery and 25 kilometres southeast of kaminak gold corp.’s coffee gold discovery. work completed in 2011 included soil geochemistry grid sampling, detailed ground magnetic surveys, induced polarization surveys, trenching and geological mapping. assay results are pending for the trench samples. dr. bill pearson, pgeo, president and chief executive officer of castillian, commented: “the exploration results for the canadian creek property are very promising. the fact that the extensive gold-in-soil anomaly is associated with a major structural zone with significant historical drill intersects suggests the potential for a very large gold-mineralized system on the property. in spring 2012, we plan to follow up with diamond drilling and additional trenching and induced polarization surveys.” a total of 5,660 soil geochemical samples, including quality assurance/quality control duplicates, were collected in 2011 at 50-metre intervals on lines spaced 200 metres, with infill sampling on 100-metre lines over areas with prospective gold-in-soil anomalies. in addition, infill sampling was completed in some of the areas with historic soil sampling, particularly in the northeast part of the property, to better define existing anomalies. soil results (greater than 40 parts per billion gold) define an extensive gold-in-soil anomaly with a strike length of 7.5 kilometres and a width of two kilometres. this new gold-in-soil anomaly, which is 3.5 kilometres in strike length, extends a historic gold-in-soil anomaly on the property, previously named the casino b trend, to form one large gold-in-soil trend that is 7.5 kilometres long by two kilometres wide, named the canadian creek trend. the highest gold-in-soil results of the 2011 survey were returned in the eastern three kilometres adjacent to the boundary with the casino property. the anomaly in this area consists of a total of 310 samples, of which 56 per cent or 173 are considered to be anomalous (above 40 ppb au), with values ranging from less than one ppb au to 970 ppb au (0.97 gram per tonne au). historic gold-in-soil values within this trend range from less than one ppb au to 2,289 ppb au (2.29 g/t au). a 391-line-kilometre detailed magnetic survey was completed in 2011 on the canadian creek property. a structural interpretation of this survey suggests that the canadian creek property contains a major east-northeast-west-southwest-trending structural zone that is subparallel with the trend of the extensive gold-in-soil anomaly and may provide a significant control on gold mineralization on the property. the structural zone was later modified by a series of north-northwest-striking faults which may also be important for location of gold mineralization. a limited induced polarization survey of five north-south lines spaced at 200-metre intervals totalling 10 line kilometres was completed in the area of historic drill holes cc09-08 and cc09-10, which intersected 3.46 g/t au over 1.5 metres and 1.09 g/t au over three metres, respectively. this survey has outlined two distinct zones of elevated chargeability that appear to correlate with magnetic and gold-in-soil anomalies in the general vicinity of the historic drill holes. further survey lines need to be completed to better define the full extent of the anomaly, but initial results are encouraging. the canadian creek property abuts kaminak’s coffee gold property immediately south of the recently discovered sugar gold-in-soil trend (see kaminak’s press release dated dec. 2, 2010). on its eastern claim boundary, the property is bordered by the very large-tonnage, low-grade casino copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposit owned by western copper & gold corp. castillian has an option to acquire a 60-per-cent interest in the canadian creek property from cariboo rose resources ltd. (see press releases dated oct. 18, 2010, and jan. 28, 2011). tony gilman, peng, consulting geologist/geological engineer with terrane geoscience inc., and kevin brewer, pgeo, manager, yukon, for castillian, both of whom are qualified persons as defined by national instrument 43-101, have reviewed and approved the scientific and technical content of this press release. geophysical surveys were completed under the direction of dr. chris hale, pgeo, chief geophysicist for castillian. dr. hale is a qualified person as defined by national instrument 43-101. cariboo rose resources, castillian resources no comments kaminak defines extensive soil anomalies along newly recognized sugar trend, coffee project posted by admin in field work, news releases on october 11, 2011 kaminak gold corp. has provided soil results from grid sampling of the sugar area located approximately 20 kilometres southeast of the supremo-latte drill discoveries. the soil results from sugar further reinforce the company’s belief that a district-scale gold system is present at coffee. no previous drilling has been completed on the sugar prospects. additional widely spaced reconnaissance soil sampling has also been completed on previously unexplored portions of the 150,000-acre coffee property. basic soil sampling is a reliable exploration tool at coffee due to the lack of glacial influence and near-surface nature of gold mineralization. “these results continue to illustrate the excellent early stage exploration potential of the coffee property. the scale and intensity of the new sugar soil results are strikingly similar to the original soil results that led to kaminak’s drill discoveries in 2010,” stated dr. rob carpenter, kaminak’s president and chief executive officer. “the sugar anomalies represent the most significant untested gold-in-soil trends in the yukon and an extensive drill program is currently planned for early 2012.” key point summary  several kilometre-scale-long gold-in-soil trends identified in the sugar area, including sugar north (minimum one km long) and sugar south (minimum two km long); geological setting and geochemical pathfinders suggest mineralized trends at sugar are typical coffee-style structurally controlled occurrences; widely spaced ridge line samples within previously unsampled portions of the coffee property yield results as high as 3,086 parts per billion au; continuing drill program now exceeds 46,000 m completed since april. current focus is on the supremo and latte gold zones.  sugar soil results the sugar trend was identified by a first-pass ridge and spur sampling in 2010 comprising a broad consistent zone of gold-in-soil located 20 km from the supremo-latte zones at coffee. a follow-up 100 m by 50 m grid soil sampling program was completed in july, 2011. soil assay results delineate a broad new gold-in-soil footprint measuring four km by 1.8 km. the sugar zone is now directly comparable in scale and tenor to the original gold-in-soil anomaly over the supremo-latte-double double areas at coffee that led to kaminak’s drill discoveries in 2010. a total of 2,916 soil samples from sugar were analyzed and 92 of these samples yielded results greater than 100 ppb au. over all, results ranged from background (less than 10 ppb au) to a high of 2,135 ppb au (2.135 grams per tonne (g/t) au). gold-in-soil anomalies are also associated with high arsenic (as) and antimony (sb), which is also identical to the coffee geochemical suite. two broadly east-west-trending zones are identified as sugar north and sugar south. the core zone of sugar north (consistent more than 50 ppb au gold-in-soil) measures one km east-west by 500 m north-south, with 27 more than 100 ppb au samples peaking at 522 ppb au. the sugar north trend can be traced 900 m farther to the west, across a section of north-facing slope where soil sampling is subdued by permafrost, to a zone measuring 600 m by 300 m containing an additional four plus 100 ppb au samples peaking at 255 ppb au. sugar south comprises an eastern and western zone, separated by a section of north-facing slope where soil sampling is subdued by permafrost. the eastern zone measures 900 m east-west, by 350 m north-south, with 23 more than 100 ppb au samples peaking at 1,142 ppb au (1.142 g/t au). the western zone measures 1,200 m east-west, by 600 m north-south, with 19 more than 100 ppb au samples peaking at 1,450 ppb au (1.450 g/t au). the total combined strike length, if proven by future sampling to be a continuous alteration system, could be in excess of 2.3 km east-west. preliminary interpretation of geophysical data suggests east-west-trending structural zones marked by magnetite destruction at both sugar north and sugar south, plus additional possible structural trends in other orientations akin to those observed at coffee. an initial trenching program was completed over the sugar north and south zones in september, 2011, with assay results currently pending. a follow-up drilling program is planned for 2012. several smaller plus 100 ppb au zones are located throughout the sugar grid survey, and ridge and spur sampling returned an additional six plus 100 ppb au samples peaking at 3,086 ppb au located within an area measuring seven km by five km to the east of the current sugar grid. this zone will be targeted for follow-up grid soil sampling in 2012. maps are currently available on the kaminak website. subject to regulatory approval, the board of directors has granted an aggregate of 150,000 stock options under the company’s stock option plan to newly appointed chief financial officer, jonathan singh. the stock options have an exercise price of $2.82 per share, will vest according to schedules set by the board of directors and are exercisable for a period of five years. area play, cariboo rose resources, gold stock, kaminak gold, underworld resources, white gold area play no comments stina announces completion of 2011 exploration dime program posted by admin in news releases on october 5, 2011 stina resources announces that it has completed a 14-hole 2,574 meters drill program on its 100% owned dime property located 67 km southwest of dawson city in the south klondike/white gold district. drilling commenced on august 10 and was completed on september 18. all core has been logged and sampled, and results are pending for 1,750 core samples as well as 220 qa/qc samples including standards, blanks and duplicates. other work completed during the 2011 season included an airborne magnetometer and radiometric survey over the entire dime and the kodiak property claim blocks. 854 additional auger soil samples were collected, mostly over the western anomaly as infill sampling. a 1500 meter trenching program was also completed on the western anomaly. trench samples consist of a representative 5-meter continuous chip sample of bedrock and colluviums, weighing on average 6 lb per sample. this method has proven to be very effective in identifying areas for additional surface work or drilling in the south klondike/white gold district. prior to receipt of the 5-meter trench sample results collected by stina, independent qualified person jean pautler, p.geo conducted independent grab samples from the same trenches and reproduced anomalous gold values within anomalies identified from the 5 meter continuous bulk chip samples collected by stina crews earlier in the season. the 2011 drill program was designed to test anomalous areas identified by soil and trench sampling on the western anomaly, and to follow up on successful drill results from 2010 on both the eastern and western anomalies (see news release aug 23, 2011). western anomaly holes ddh-11-6 to 8 were collared to follow up on drill results from 2010. ddh-10-03 in 2010 returned 4.15 gm/t au over 1.5 m from 58.5 m and ddh-10-04 in returned 0.71 gm/t au over 32 m from 50.9 m including 1.1 gm/t au over 9.6 m from 59.90 m. holes ddh-11-6 to 8 intersected the same lithologic units as holes ddh-10-03 & 10-04, including silicified and pyritized vein breccias and strongly silicified and pyrite and arsenopyrite bearing silicified zones and granitic dykes and confirmed a steep south dipping east-west structure on the western anomaly. eastern anomaly drilling on the eastern anomaly consisted of 2,014 meters in 11 core holes drilled primarily based on trench anomalies. a complex cupola zone of granite intruding and brecciating metasedimentary rocks underlies the eastern anomaly. core was strongly silicified, brecciated and hosted disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite over significant widths. all core has been processed and results are pending. a rigorous qa/qc protocol has been followed in 2011. samples are shipped from the property to acme analytical laboratories prep lab in dawson city, yukon. a 1 kg split is crushed to 80% passing 10 mesh. a second 250 g split is pulverized to 85% passing 200 mesh. a 30 gm /ag inquart fire assay fusion by icp-es methods and a 31 element icp analyses are completed in vancouver. sample batches include certified standards, blanks, and duplicates in each sample batch. the company is very pleased with the progress made during the 2011 exploration season. despite weather and logistical challenges encumbering the entire yukon in 2011, the stina field staff conducted a very diligent, and successful work program. the company drilled within its target range over both established 2010 targets and newly established 2011 targets on the dime property in addition to soil sampling, trenching and air magnetic surveying, while maintaining its exploration budget. the board of directors extends a sincere thank you to vp of exploration, mr. al doherty for his high level of standards, work ethic and professionalism over the 2011 work season, in addition to the entire field staff and consulting geologists jean pautler and jo van randen. the company expects to receive drilling assays over the next several weeks and will release results as they become available and have been evaluated. i personally wish to thank shareholders for their continued support through a challenging financial period, and wish to reiterate the company’s commitment to continued development of its assets, and future exploration. i expect 2012 to be an even bigger year for stina. r. allan doherty, p.geo is a qualified person as defined in national instrument 43-101 and has reviewed and approved this news release. mr. doherty also
