sean doransince i started training in mas-f a few years ago i have become a lot fitter and stronger and now lead a more healthy life style. with the help of great instructors who help teach and motivate you no matter what level you are at. i had not done any exercise in years and with their help i was able to reach new levels and even become most improved student of the year, which came as a shock to me as i never thought i could achieve anything like that. its great to train in a friendly atmosphere where everyone is willing to help and train with you. every class is fun while still being a great training session, and you get to meet new people with a similar interests in similar sports etc. cian ó murchúsince joining the club my fitness level has increased dramatically, at 30 i'm now much fitter than i was at 20. it's helped me trade some bad habits for healthy ones and i feel it has given me a more positive outlook in general. my son has also really taken to the sport which has benefited him in many areas most notably his confidence and coordination. his interest has been maintained by the experienced coaches who all have something different to offer - as a parent i can't recommend this enough!
