senior advocate — if you support or help maintain someone older than yourself. (a parent, an older  relative or friend,  sometimes a spouse).
self advocate –when you care for yourself . (remember, you must take care of  yourself so that you can take care of  others.) and why do i presume to think that i know about the roles of the a caretaker?  been there! still doing that! proud of it!
