besides his creative and management responsibilities in london, duncan spend much of his time as a hands-on art director on key agency business. he is a regular judge and many times winner of glynn has won various local and international advertising awards, been a judge for caples for the last 4 years, and judged at the cannes lions, d&ad, loeries, pendorings and assegai awards. other interests are hiking, camping, the outdoors and to top it all off a bit of a fitness fanatic and a lover of beautiful cars. tim woodcreative director, young & shand for 15 years tim has plied his trade at some of australia and nz’s hottest ad shops. and has won more than a few awards for creative and effective excellence. he’s also judged award shows in four countries; australia, singapore, new zealand, and the usa. when not creating ground-breaking advertising, you’ll find tim tutoring grads, finishing off yet another writing degree, running laps, or trying to write about himself in the
