annevijaya.com my wordpress blog search for: skip to content homesample page seafood tom yum march 31, 2016march 31, 2016anne wah demi ikutan remake challenge yang diadain oleh indonesian foodblogger group, gua yang terbiasa setor last minute, lagi2 mengulang kebiasaan itu hahaha ga papa setoran seadanya, yang penting ikut meramaikan yaa inspirasi dari seafood tom yum di toh plue resto, chatuchak, bangkok yang kami sekeluarga datangi awal bulan ini. resto ini berada dideket pintu keluar chatuchak weekend market yang kesohor itu. anak-anak yang ikut menemani mama-nya hunting di chatuchak sudah mulai rewel, tapi begitu diajak ke resto ini, kembali riang dan akhirnya betah juga menemani hingga malam menjelang hehehe.. so, gue si pecinta masak gampang & praktis ini su pasti nyetok tom yum paste yang dibeli di bangkok. ini sebagian diantaranya. gampang bangett deh. tinggal rebus air dan cemplungin tom yum paste-nya berikut bumbu tambahan seperti bawang bombay, bawang putih, daun jeruk, sereh dll sesuai selera, kemudian masukin deh udang, kerang, cumi iris, tofu, jamur dll sesuai selera juga. bisa ditambahkan kecap ikan utk memperkaya rasa. setelah semua bahan matang, angkat dan siap dihidangkan. oh ya, harusnya tambahkan daun seledri seperti foto contoh untuk menambah aroma. namun karena buru2 gua lupa deh hihihi.. silakan menikmati seafood tom yum bikinan sendiri yaa.. main course, seafood, shopping n travelling leave a comment oh no! november 24, 2015anne oh no! krn kerusakan pada server jd postingan blogku hilang semua. ini lg diusahakan utk mengembalikan semua postingan. bismillah, semoga berhasil yaa uncategorized leave a comment hijrah :-) december 15, 2008november 24, 2015anne hijrah aaahhhh lama sudah kuanggurin blog ini. mo pindah alamat blog nih, man teman.. sementara blog ini dicuekin dulu..nyiapin yang disono dulu yaaa… uncategorized 2 comments kbb#8 : bitter chocolate peppermint biscuits november 30, 2008november 24, 2015anne kbb#8 : bitter chocolate peppermint biscuits akhirnya daku kena batunya..kebiasaan deh ngerjain tugas deket2 deadline..kali ini kena batunya hehehe tugas baking sih dah selesai dari jam 7 malam tadi..tapi bgitu mau siapin laporannya, buka compie, loh kok tampilannya aneh gitu? ternyata compie gue error, trus di restore oleh hubby, n makan waktu hingga 3 jam lebih. karena ntah kenapa tiba-tiba antivirus ilang semua, jadi hubby harus download ulang, dst. skrg gue harus kejar waktu nih..buru2 ngetik, n ga ada waktu tuk edit foto2 yg ala kadarnya itu..ga perlu deh gue bela diri, emang salah gue kok. seneng banget ngerjain tugas deket2 deadline. bginilah jadinya..kacau n laporan ala kadarna deh.. mohon maaf utk mba ellen yang jadi host kali ini..mudah2an laporan ku ini tetep diterima yaaa…:-) kbb #8 : bitter chocolate peppermint biscuits tantangan kali ini mengais soal biskuit. pernah beli tim-tam kan, yang itu tuh biskuit vanila/coklat dilapisi coklat? bagaimana libur lebarannya? cihuy dong.. sbelum cerita libur lebaran, gue mo posting ini dulu ahh. hubby ultah yang ke 34 pada tgl 15 oct kmaren. tadinya gue mo bikin cake yang rada spektakuler *mnurut kmampuan gue yang ala kadarnya ini*, mo bikin cake dua tingkat trus di lapis fondant dengan dekor yang keren..tsaahhh… tapi setelah gue bongkar2 isi lemari, kayaknya stok buttercream sudah harus dikaryakan nih. ya sut, dekor pake buttercream ajah. cari2 ide apa yah..bingung banget. sampe tercetus bikin ini ajah..yihaaa..langsung semangat. kenapa semangat? karena tidak dibutuhkan kemampuan menggambar (freehand) disini. iya, gue kan ga bisa banget nggambar freehand. ga ada bakat sama sekali. nah, dengan metode ini, gue tetep bisa membuat dekor yang cantik..:-) walo tema ga jauh2 dari b’day cake utk hubby sebelumnya, standar bangettt, pake loyang hati hehehe biarlah, yang penting pesan cinta tersampaikan ..uhuyyy.. fotonya ala kadarnya, maklum yaa..yang penting keliatan jelas kan..? cara bikinnya bgini. ngkali ada yang tertarik pengen tau..:-) pertama, tentukan gambar yang akan dipake. seperti pada cake ini, gue cari2 di om google, bentuk hati dengan desain seperti renda/lace. ketemu gambar ini, gue sesuaikan ukurannya dengan ukuran cake dan diprint deh. kedua, letakkan gambar tersebut di atas loyang datar ato diatas meja. rekatkan dengan selotip, supaya ga ‘jalan-jalan’. kemudian tutup/lapisi dengan silpat yang tembus pandang. selotip juga yaa.. ketiga,mulai deh menggambar renda tersebut. gampang banget karena tinggal ngikutin pola dari gambar dibalik silpat. nyontek kayak waktu sd itu loh..:-) warna bisa dimodifikasi sesuai selera. menggambar menggunakan buttercream yang dimasukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga, dan dibolongi (kecil) ujungnya. setelah outline jadi, masukin kulkas sebentar supaya buttercream mengeras. warna garis meliuk-liuk/outline gue pilih warna burgundy, background menggunakan warna pink dan putih. keempat, isi dengan warna background. mengisi warna background ini rada tricky. harus penuh dan harus rata. kalo tidak penuh, akan terlihat bolong-bolong nantinya, ga cakep:-) terus terang, gue kewalahan disini. rasa-rasanya sudah penuh, setelah gue intip dibalik silpat, ternyata masih ada yang bolong. beberapa kali silpat dimasukin ulang ke kulkas, karena gambar/outline-nya keburu lembek lagi…:-) dasar buttercream background harus rata. karena dasar ini nanti yang akan terekspos, setelah gambar dibalik di atas cake. membuat dasar background yang rata juga susye nek.. nah disini gue baru mikir, kenapa gue bikin pake buttercream yaa? kenapa ga pake meringue powder ato royal icing yaaa..dimana lebih encer dan lebih mengalir gitu, sehingga otomatis akan memenuhi semua daerah kosong..jadi mustinya hasilnya juga jauh lebih cakep.. nanti akan gue buktikan:-) mudah2an ga salah… kelima, lagi-lagi masukin ke kulkas, sehingga mengeras. setelah mengeras, dengan posisi terbalik (gambar/buttercream dibawah dan silpat diatas), tempelkan ke atas cake yang sudah dioles buttercream. setelah menempel, perlahan-lahan lepaskan silpat dari butercream. untuk finishing, dekor deh dinding cake dengan dekor kesukaan masing-masing. jadi deh..:-) gue seneng dengan hasilnya karena akhirnya gue bisa membuat gambar yang ciamik di atas cake. selain itu, permukaannya yang rata itu enak banget dilihat. seperti melihat lukisan hehehe… walo kalo dilihat dari deket, hmm jauh lah dari hasil karya para profesional. masih kurang rapi, permukaan masih ngga rata, dan lain-lain. pengen nyobain nih kalo pake royal icing gimana yah hasilnya?
